If your antique autoantique motorcycle was:

• Manufactured over 25 years ago
• Never titled in another state
• Not currently registered in Maine

You will not need a title when applying for registration, but you must submit the following:

1. A completed MV-65 form
2. A Manufacturer's Certificate of Origin or Receipt of Purchase
3. Proof of payment for the antique auto assessment fee

If no Manufacturer's Certificate of Origin or Receipt of Purchase is available, you may submit a notarized bill of sale, with the following information:

• Name(s) and signature(s) of the seller(s)
• Name and signature of the buyer
• Description of vehicle
• Sale price
• Date of sale
• Notarization
